Know-how and experience:
I am not sure. For my BSc project I was involved in the design of ore transportation of an underground mine in Iran.
I also taught a course to BSc student (material tranportation in mine)
During my PhD work on the particle shape I faced some problem of effect of shape on the handling of material.
