Dear all,
if i wrongly connect the loadcell exc+ and exc- to belt scale controller signal+ and signal -, loadcell signal+ and signal- to belt scale controller exc+ and exc-.
1) will this affected the accuracy?
2) will this damage the load cell? or it is fine after i switched back the wires?.
Thank you.

You tell us. It reads like it has already happened. The manufacturer can probably advise further if the information is not in the manual. ■

yeap, it is still working. But i wonder why my beltscale controller still received mV and working although the wiring was wrong. But the load monitor on belt scale controller fluctuating between 1 t/hr to -1t/hr....what is the main factor to cause this fluactuation? issit the alignment of the idlers?
Thank you. ■

sorry...i mean the reading of load (kg/m) is fluctuating on belt scale controller while i was doing the zero calibration when there is no load on the conveyor. ■
