Dear Mr. Sridha,

Vautid is a proprietary hard coat welding technology, pls. see:

http://www.vautid-verschleiss-techni...g-service.html

However, either you contact the OEM for local support, or some other reputable supplier with adequate technology --> to be familiar with the details. N.B.: These know-how details are most important, even if i don't know your specific application.

Welding Wire Spec

Posted on 11. Apr. 2013 - 12:46

Dear Mr. Sridha,

in adition to aforesaid & as you found on drawings: EIPA 480 is a proprietary / brand welding (filling) wire, pls. confer to:

http://www.eipa.de/content/english/eipa.php

However, there's more to it than just to have the right filling wire. If it worked until now, why change? Put it the other way, can you afford to loose the pulverizer millhead? Or to dare an experiment?

Those "armored" i. g. hardsurfaced plates are well known & respected in these here parts, for some applications i don't know of anything better (personal opinion).
