we are actually producing wastewater and hydropower pipes up to diameter 3600mm (150"). The last years we came up with a new internal coating to withstand highly abrasive media/slurry based on soft PU and corrosion free light weight fibreglass structure (lighter than rubber).

I am currently trying to check out where we are with this product. Lab tests and some field tests in European copper tailing mines were very successful.

I would like to run more of such field performance tests. Our range can be from:

DN 300 - 3600mm (12"-150") and pressure up to 32bar (464psi).

Does anybody have such applications and could implement some of our slurry pipes incl. our easy-push-on couplings or standard flanges.

Definitely the pipes would be free of charge...we can also support in Engineering and so on.

As we have our production plants all over the world, the test track could be anywhere.
