Reclaimers Upgrade Study

Posted on 30. Sep. 2008 - 11:23

hi all

to upgrade bridge reclaimers, two way we can think

either a) incremental improvement ( stockpile, plc logic change)

b)bridge conveyor upgrade( design bucket wheel, chute in bucket, chute in transfer conveyor),scew angle, motor power, coupling, gear motor speed etc. in jist i m explaining.

all factors depends on material characteristics, longitudinal and traverse control, rail alignment, material report as per weather etc. bridge belt weightometre, transfer belt weightometer etc.

again tonnage/hr client requirment , belt speed, structural arrangment ,cost as well, schedule time of installation( windows) cable reeler etc.

lot of FEA analysis , modeling software for bucket wheel, bucket and chute will be used before installation. angle of plough is usefull to look at. maintenance on site can say exactely what they need and feed the design according to that.longitudinal travel skew traverse programming helps in tonnage. linner in chute will also helps in tonnage.

more information needs further detailed study...

i feel bored typing....

so please keep on loading your information ........

thanks
