Scale buildup......I would assume use of an anti akaline fluid to rinse would nuetralize the scale and allow it to be washed off or allow it to not form or fall of the aperture.
1mm is tough for the whole planet.......very tight, subject to wanting to plug. More aggressive stroke might do it.
Use of a ball tray below the urethane MIGHT BE THE ANSWER.....a bit of a stretch though but, possible.
USE finer margins betweens the openings......less likely to CLOG.
Just plugging along........trying to help if possible.. GB ■

Scale Build-up on Screen Surface
Does anyone know of a solution to scale build up on polyurethane screen surface.
The application is coal washery using 1mm slotted aperture modular screen panels. Scale build up on the screen surface block the apertures.
Water Ph is 9
Any information would be greatly appreciated. ■
