Haver vibrating grizzly feeder-belt jump off
Hi,
We have a vibrating grizzly feeder from Haver, which belt jump off from the pulley during operation.
Although the belt-pulley assembly is vertical to excitation line, the belts escape from the pulley frequently even during operation or start-stop.
Meanwhile they have used cogged belt instead of simple V-belt, is it ok?
This is strange for me, why they have not used crank shaft in this system.
Dimension: 1466 x 7200 mm
stroke: 12mm (amplitude=6mm)
frequency: 730 rpm
Would you please inform me what is you suggestion to solve this problem.
