dear Vinay,
The content of C and Si seem to be very high.
If the content of C and Si are a factor 10 lower, it coukd be an alloyed construction steel.
Asking your steel supplier is advised, as the misuse of steel quality can lead to very dangerous situations

It's an iron. Thought it might be Ni-Hard but the analysis isn't quite right for that. ■

i am having material properties as mention below.
material specification are
C - 3.5 %
Si - 1.6 - 1.8 %
Mn - 0.5 - 0.7 %
P - 0.1 - 0.2 %
S - 0.1 % Max
Cr - 0.35 - 0.45 %
kindly specify the material with standard.
