May I suggest a Mikro ACM mill for the application. Those guys at Hosokawa really do know what they are on about and are most trustworthy. ■

Powder Process Expert - urgent
Hi All,
We are an international paint company looking to set up a small powder production plant, and we need some help on how to do it.
Our process involve the compaction of a fluoropolymer powder, followed by the milling and classifying of the flakes to a D50 of 25 microns with nothing above 100 micron and nothing under 10 micron.
We already have the compactor and are now looking actively for the adequate mill/classifyer.
We are looking for someone who could advise us on what we need to achieve our goal. From choosing the right equipment to setting up the plant efficiently.
A powder process consultant, or someone retired or unemployed with lots of experience on the subject. Company that can offer turn key solution also welcome.
