The horizontal curve angle of pipe conveyor

Dear friends,

Generally, the horizontal curve angle of a pipe conveyor with steel cord belt is limited to 45 degree.But the 3.4 km long and 350 mm Dia. pipe conveyor has a 58 degree horizontal curve angle for avoiding the building.

Is the arrangement of a 58 degree horizontal curve angle practicable? How much the curve radius is? Please give me answer?

Hallo

pipe conveyor with steep chord belt up to 90 degee horrizontal curve are working satisfactoryly,

minimum radius should be 750 times the pipe dia. in case your pipe dia is 350 mm minimum rdious will be 262.5 m
