Considering that there might be a shortage of natural Tartaric acid this year, we were wondering whether the synthetic Tartaric acid is comparable in chemical? Further, are there any research articles describing Tartaric acid isotherms (dynamic vapor sorption plots or experiments).

Kindly let me know of a group that works on this. I would really appreciate it if someone could post research articles about the same.
