We at are TEGA doing the combination liner technology and providing the total solution to customers. In the primary impact zone we will provide special grade of heat resistant rubber liner with steel reinforcement. In secondary impact we will provide our special garde of ceramic liner. Plesae let me know about the exact lump size. If your lump size is upto 50mm then we can provide our special garde of ceramic liner in primary impact zone. This ceramic is impregenated in rubber and rubber will give the cushioning effect and ceramic will act as a heat as well as abrasion resistant product alongwith flow promotion property to combat chute jamming. Having chutes with stone boxes or metallic liners will increase the fines content in the conveyed material which is not desirable. Having rubber liners inside the chute attract fire hazards. I like to know is there any liners available with heat resistance and impact absorbing liners with good wear resistantance.
