Rail Transport solution for -100 mesh iron concentrate by rail

We are looking for technology solutions for rail transport of -100 mesh iron cocentrate in large quantities (>5 million tons/year) over long distances. This would involve loading and unloading. The problems we anticipate relate to dust at loading and unloading points as well as during transport, rat-holing and bridging at unloading points etc.

Could some one throw some light on what to expect, solutions for the same and real-world examples, if any.
