I have ore test data which gives me the mean values of Internal friction and wall friction. To get the best design I need to establish the factors that will allow me to calculate the upper and lower values for silo and hopper filling and discharge. There are default values in the tables but these are conservative. I am trying to get a better understanding as it is a new industry for me.
