Concetti has a reputation for supplying highly adaptable systems and the latest multi-bag, multi-closure, multi-weight line is no exception. The line is specifically designed for the petfood market.
It consists of:
•Net weigher with belt feed and vibrator for fine dosing
•IGF multifunction bagging machine suitable for bags from 0.9 to 18Kg, up to 20 bpm with a single spout.
•Bag collator and shrink tunnel
•Robot palletiser for bags with a capacity of up 20 bpm
Hard-pressed production managers don’t need to worry about changing between formats; with Concetti everything is done automatically in just 90 seconds.
Also on display the Starpack®, the very latest ultra high-speed machine, capable of handling up to 1,600 bags/hr with 25-50 Kg bags and a choice of closure systems. The unit is particularly aimed at Starpack®’s traditional industries such as fertiliser, salt and seeds where strength and durability are paramount.
