please any expertise help me

my one of diary client have thermex typ PY300 incinerator , they have fallowing issues

1st chamber rising temp around 1000 , but 2nd chamber temp is around 800~ 1200 , as above 1000 it will not maintain .

1. their charging door is not properly close (becasue high temp it will be expand and not properly work)
   
   (I give solution for change material S.S 310 , any reconstruct new mechanism for closing)
2. Burner have separate combution blower it is not working , working only final blower which is fixed in end of scrubber (Refer drawing)
   
   we try to repair it
3. Racking is not enough , we suggested to automatic racking system Motorise agitator
   
   they need to automatic loading for workers saftey (thy burn solvent can some times)
   
   they use final 11 KW blower 9Not mentioned CFM, St pressure ) for burners , I think flow and fuel not be balance
   
   

Are there any tips and tricks ?
