Dear All
We have quarry limestone conveyor belt 2400 tons per hour capcacity - max., with ten transfer points till it reach to stacker & reclaimer. Fine limestone powder as fugitve dust carried away from one point to the other point, making nuisance all over.
Installing a new bag Filters or insertible bag filter at each transfer point may be a solution, I am looking for cost effective solution.
I heard about "Dustless Chutes" Can any body has more informaiton on dustless chutes for limestone transfer points, i will be glad to hear from forum friends.
Best regards
pamarthi
Gentleman,I think placing of bag filters at each transfer house may not be necessary. Please provide us the particle/mesh size.
You will have to arrest dust after the crusher. Please provide us the detailed layout of your existing system enabling us to study the same and provide you the logical solution.
Regards, Anil
