Dust Emmission Rate of Bag House

Hi ,

I need to know fallowing , so many manufactures are producing bag houses , what is the permissible limit for clean air ?

in Sri lanka according to national act it is not exceed to 100 micro grams per CM , unfortunately sellecting of bag house manufactures , some are saying they can achive less than 15 mg per cM , my question is 100 microns and 15 mg have big difference , what is the practicle permissible limit for clean air out ?

please any body can help me ?

The permissible limit is what the local law says it is, regardless of the unintelligible units posted.

Dust emission from the Bag House stacks - design values range from 5 milligrams to 15 milligrams per normal cubic meter(mg/Nm3) or more, where as Legal limits are 50 mg/Nm3

Ambient Air Quality is measured in Micro gram per cubic meter(ug/m3), legal standards are 85 Ug annual average, again differs form country to country.
