The best and cleanest solution to unload, handle or transport bulk goods will be to use the pneumatic unloading systems; this solution has been used since years especially for Grain, Cereals in general, Biomass and some mineral components.
Since it is a proven and clean solution and very advisable for this purpose, it is not possible to use with most of the “very polluted” powders like Klinker, Caoline, Cement, Coal, calcium carbonate etc….since the typical characteristic of the product did not allow this use due to sticky, jamming or fire/explosion hazard risks.

Roncuzzi has designed a new hopper named "green line" that combines characteristics of easy manoeuvrability, extreme simplicity of maintenance, total independence from external machines (generating sets, compressors, oil pumps, movimentation, etc...) to the extreme respect of the rules and law applicable on pollution of the air, waters and of the environmental noise.
This new type of machine, realized already over 5 machines, is normally used for unload Kaolin, Klinker, Cement, Coal, Petcoke has also been employed unloading dusty materials such as flour of Soya (soya meal) reaching operational points of unloading over 650 tons/hour. A quick consideration, a pneumatic unloading system (such as the MACH350 type of the Roncuzzi) can reach an average discharge in the best of the hypotheses around 350 tons/hour, this means that the employment of two hoppers feeded by one unloading crane with grab of high capacity type (from 16 to 25 m3) it becomes convenient.
Fitted with the most qualified components to reach the design targets, with a suction capacity of 55000 MC/Hr., cone of the hopper made in steel and Antiabrasive materials, Gen.set. in excess of 140kW, pneumatic and drying system, Internal video circuit for the overview of the operations of discharge, Dedusted telescopic chute, sensors and Weighting system, including a remote control system.
The noise level is around 80 dB(A) in the most condition of measures, all the filters of the aspirators are recycling internally the dust and the eventual material aspirated, all the exit/discharge of the pumps, genset, air drier, compressor are contained into special waste disposal in order to avoid any spillage.
All this fitted in a self-operation machine made to match the requirements of a economical unloading as well as a very cleaned operation, respectful of the ambient conditions and the safety of the operators.
