As we speed through another year we thought we should take a pause to let you know how 2014 is keeping us busy here at DSH. From Germany to China, Israel to Russia, there is plenty going on that has been keeping us occupied!
DSH has moved into high capacity units with the DSH8 and DSH9 now rolling off the production line. Based on the overwhelming operational results of a recently installed DSH7 (1500 tph), the DSH 8 and 9 will take a loading capacity up to an impressive 2000 and 3000 tph respectively. These large units lend themselves to shiploading products from sugar to fertiliser and are another weapon to DSH’s already strong arsenal of dust reduction solutions.
As part of the ongoing plan to extend our global reach and push into emerging markets we are pleased to announce our first installation into Russia. After obtaining our ’Declaration of Conformity to the TR EAC 010/2011, we have installed our first project and have a new contract to supply multiple units later in the year.
We are also supplying 2 new projects into Israel with our new agents Ornatus Industrial Tech Ltd.
Following on from the signing of our most recently appointed sales agent in China, Weldon Chen, we have already successfully supplied 2 projects with others currently under negotiation.
Having worked with our distributor Insolids in Benelux and Scandanavia for many years we have recently added Germany into their sales scope. They are presently undertaking a full market evaluation prior to launching an extensive sales push into this area.
DSH are gearing up for Powtech 2014. Ian Walton, Trevor and Judi Schwass will be attending as well as many of our global agents and distributors. They would love to see you at Stand 124, Hall 4A. (Please let us know if you need an invitation.)
Ian Walton’s recent travels have taken him far and wide around the globe visiting international customers and sales agents.
He recently supported the Sioux Steel team on the stand at the PTXI show in Chicago. One of the highlights was DSH being chosen for a visit by a walking party of dust control professionals.
Further travels included a European tour covering Switzerland, Germany, Holland and England where he met with clients, agents and distributors alike as well as large OEM companies interested in discussing global contracts. He was even fortunate enough to arrive in Northern Scotland on the day of the Scottish summer!
