AUMUND announces that their former Marketing Agreement with B&W has resulted in the acquisition of B&W Mechanical Handling Ltd. of Ely, Cambridgeshire.
After almost 12 months of a successful cooperation between AUMUND and B&W, the takeover is a natural extension of the former strategic alliance and forms a solid platform for developing AUMUND’s industry orientated concept. AUMUND and B&W have significant complementary strengths. B&W Mechanical Handling Ltd. enjoy a high reputation on the international market for their bulk loading equipment. Their mobile loading station, shiploader and Samson Feeder are an ideal addition to the product range of the AUMUND Group already offering a choice of solutions for a large variety of applications in bulk materials handling and storage.
