hi

I am working on pneumatic cranes and need helps in designing of a pneumatic crane to transport material .

here is description given which r inputs

1)material bulk density is around 2 tons/hr

2)material mass flowrate is 1000 tons/hr

3)total conveying length is 42m

4) 3 flexible bends.

plz tell me is it possible to design at 1000ton/hr .if yes then tell me what will be itz power ?and what will be itz pressure loss

Gasses compress and you will not be able to do this very well at all.

If you use an air hoist to run a wire rope grapple on an air motor operated traveling gantry crane it may work other wise it will not due to simple gas laws.

A conventional plow conveyer is your best option for your desired need.

A flexible bend is not possible with a plow conveyor unless it transitions to a separate radial stacker for the movement.
