Know-how and experience:
At #1 worked in worked in Mining and Metals designing belt conveyors with a slide rule. Went into power division for 10 years designing belt conveying systems for coal and limestone. Designed ash handling systems (hydraulic and pneumatic) for power plants. Also worked Forest Products (chip & bark), Polymers (PE &PP) and Chemicals (powdered detergent).
At #2, added to polymers experience with PS and PVC. Chemicals added TiO2. In power, added CFBs and 3 different gasification processes.
At #3, added to exisiting portfolio of refinery work in delayed coking.
