We want to share with our friends in this forum about future of of high cpacity equipment related to material handling—

Due to sudden spurt in growth of infrastructure in India in the sectors like—port,mining,road,power etc.,there is a huge demand for equipment required specially in power,port and mining sectors, some of the major equipment are—high capacity ship loaders,ship unloaders,stackers,reclaimer,stacker/reclaimers,high speed rapid loading system in moving wagons and cross country conveyor systems,

Some of Indian companies are well equipped to fabricate/supply the above but due to high demand and unable to supply highcapacity equipment they are not in a position to deliver the same in a short period of time and all the good cos. are already booked for another 5 years, and also good material handling suppliers throughout the world are busy to cope with higher demands for similar type of equipment from countries like- AUSTRALIA,BRAZIL,CHINA,INDONESIA,GULF COUNTRIES.

Here are some interesting figures/requirement for coming 5-8 years

1. High capacity ship unloaders grab/csu up to 4000 tph--- 20 each

2. High cpacity rapid loading system @ 5000 tph for coal and ore—40 nos.

3. High capacity stacker/reclaimers—6000/3500 cap-----80-90 nos.

4. Cross country conveyors including pipe conveyor system carring cap.up to-5000tph – 800 km

The above matches with our statement which we have given about a year back in this forum—INDIA IS A SLEEPING GIANT AN NOW—WAKES UP
