I'm Eric and I focus on food & beverage, pharma & medical devices industries where conveying needs are obvious along with certain hygienic requirements.
I worked with number of conveying belt types like sealed belt or modular one but what recently caught my attention is additional belts in addition to PVC & rubber which I usually used:
1. Conveyor Belt Rubber,
2. PVC,
3. Teflon (definitely non-sticky use but how does it compare with rubber on the cost side)
4. & PU
Can the experts from this forum please provide comparison of those materials and when would you use each type? Maybe some selection tool available on the web?
