Hi
We hear very often that the building of agglomerates seems to be normal in rotary dryers .
Maybe you can avoid this by a seperate milling step after the drying.
The only alternative is an agitated dryer like a horizontal shovel dryer or a vertical cone dryer.
By agitating the product while drying the building of agglomerates can be avoided. Additional there is the possibility to install a chopper into the dryer. This is a fast running multistage knife and breaks buidling agglomerates.
Please ask for our detailled information.

What is it you are drying? does your rotary dryer have internal baffle plates and are they in good working condition? ■

I'm looking for information about how to avoid and minimize agglomerate lumps after rotary dryers or FBD dryers. ■
