Yes, all the world's cone crusher manufacturers would be more than pleased to show how their product does the best job at recycle (scat) crushing. ■

Suggest to use high pressure grinding roll. You can go down to 4 mm or so, which would be ball mill feed or less.

what about material effect on crusher?
Moisture (w/w)- Normal 3.5 % w/w

does cone crusher have problem with this humidity? if yes what is best solution?
which type of crusher should be used? ■

High Pressure Grinding Rolls would do a better job that cone crushers but from the commercial point of view cone would be the way to go.

Sag Mill Reject Crusher
plant: copper production
Reject: means all non crushed scats rejected from Ball Mills and SAG mill with high
work index (minimum 18.3 kWh/t)
As a note the scats of the Ball mills pass the SAG-mill circuit.
existing system: rejects with size about 30 mm reintroduce to grinding circuit.
qustion:
what is the best solution to crush rejects to about size 10mm and re-introduce to grinding circuit?
what type of crusher you suggest?
does anyone have experience about the crushing reject of sag mill in copper plants?
thanks ■
