New Screening System Required
Hello,
I may have a solution but firstly i would like to determine a few things. we have installed may applications where we are seperating fine materials and making numerous products
1. Is 10ton/hr the maximum or is the current screen the bottle neck
2. What is your budget, ball park.
Thanks ■
Re: New Screening System Required
Hi,
Yes, it is only a pilot plant on the quarry so 10T/h is about maximum feed capacity.
As for budget, it's rather early to say now I think.
Thanks. ■
Screen Sizing.....
this is not a particularly nasty job, in my opinion.
I will run thru agglow and advise shortly. GB
I have a job now that we are screening:
3mm over 1.6 mm limestone to make a asphalt spec and we are actually taking the 200's out to meet the customers spec of max 2-4% 200's. we are doing this only with a circle throw vibrating screen.......and we eliminated...the need to wash out the fines here. ■
Limestone Dust
One question,
If the Belgian Port authority is
seeking to or attempting
to enter the calium carbonate
business why are you asking
for help when you already deal
with the processing, stockpiling and transport
of sized aggregates in your daily business
You obviously already know a hammer mill
is what is required for your fines generation
with a recirculation circuit. ■
New Screening System Required
Hi,
We are handling 10t/h of limestone sand feed at 0-2mm with following PSD:
+5mm <1%
-2.36mm >85%
-1.18mm>55%
-0.15mm>10%
and would like to extract 5t/h out of the feed with the following specs:
+2mm = 0%
+1.68mm <=3%
+0.25mm >=60%
-0.125mm <=10%
Do you have any solution/arrangement?
Thanks ■
