Eriez® E-Z Tec DSP® Metal Detectors with Standard Conveyor Systems Available in 12, 18 and 24-Inch Belt Widths for Quick Shipment
Erie, PA, USA - The E-Z Tec® DSP Metal Detector Standard Conveyor Systems from Eriez® provide users with the highest level of protection against ferrous and nonferrous metal contamination. These units are competitively priced, designed and manufactured in the United States and available for quick shipment, typically one-two weeks after receipt of order.
The standard conveyor system includes a continuously welded series 304 stainless steel frame, wash-down drive, variable speed control, UHMW slider bed, food grade polypropylene (plastic chain) belt, belt-stop reject with beacon and horn combination and reject reset button. The conveyor electronics are housed within a NEMA 4X enclosure with a start/stop switch for the conveyor.*The entire system is supported by adjustable articulated foot pads.
These systems with high-frequency DSP (Digital Signal Processing) Metal Detectors are available in 12, 18 and 24-inch belt widths and include menu-driven control functions with an easy to see and use back-lit Touch Screen Interface. The standard conveyor systems and features offered are:
• 12-inch wide belt conveyor with an overall length of 60 inches and an E-Z Tec DSP Metal Detector with either a 6, 8, 10, 12 or 14 inch high x 14 inch wide aperture, ≤ HP motor, 14 to 120 FPM variable belt speed and belt height of 34 inches, +/- 4 inches.
• 18-inch belt conveyor with an overall length of 72 inches and an E-Z Tec DSP Metal Detector with either an 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18 or 20 inch high x 20 inch wide aperture, 1 HP motor, 14 to 120 FPM variable belt speed and belt height of 34 inches , +/- 2 inches.
• 24-inch wide belt conveyor with an overall length of 84 inches and an E-Z Tec DSP Metal Detector with either a 12, 14, 16, 18 or 20 inch high x 26 inch wide aperture, 1.5 HP motor, 14 to 120 FPM variable belt speed and belt height of 34 inches, +/- 2 inches.
