New concept for belt conveyors
The traditional belt conveyor bridge design with truss constructions and corrugated sheet metal cladding is difficult to transport and takes a long time to install. To solve this, a new concept has been created with the following features:
•Unique carrying structure combining I-beams and handrail-truss.
•Preassembled 11,5m long sections suitable for container transport - up to 46 meter of ready conveyor per container.
•Reducing the installation time at site by 75%
•Optimization of the transportation costs through modular design.
•Equal weight compared to traditional truss-element structure, but lower fabrication cost due simple structure.
•Delivery fully equipped with rollers, frame etc.
