Dülmen, October 2010 - As of 1st October 2010, Martin Wetter (M.Eng.) has been appointed as Chief Operations Officer (COO) of HAZEMAG & EPR GmbH. He will run the company jointly with Klaus Beer, who will continue as CEO. Mr. Wetter will be in charge of the company’s sales and technical divisions as well as having responsibility for the service centre and the marketing department.
After completing his mining studies at the RWTH Aachen University, and with three years of practical experience in the German coal mining industry, Mr. Wetter started his career in 1987 at Westfalia Lünen. Initially working in sales, he went on to become sales manager for underground construction and tunnel boring machines, and subsequently headed the materials preparation technology division. Following the split of this division from the core company, Mr. Wetter took over the management of DBT Mineral Processing in 1995; a position he held until the company was integrated into HAZEMAG & EPR GmbH in 2007.
