Re: Sampling Project, Russia
Dear Sir,
ITECA SOCADEI was a part of a cement group and we have several departments in wich the sampling could help you. We are specialized in sampling, samples conveying (pneumatic cartridge or mechanic solution). We also have a online & atline analyser department.
That is the reason why we are interested in your projetc.
Could you please tell me more about it ? Which product is it ?
Looking forward to hearing from you,
Best Regards,
Philippe DAVIN

Re: Sampling Project - Russia
Hello everybody,
What I cannot understand:
Is that really a right concept to install oversophisticated pneumatical mail sampling system for seven points for 3 kilometers distance?
What kind of lab analyses is concerned?
Looks like simple installation of on-line measurements would be more practical alternative. Such parameters like moisture content, bulk density, ash content and many other can be easily measured and conveyed further just as a 0/4...20 mA analogue signal or by HART, etc.
Having surfed at http://www.skalp.ru/ one can notice this is a construction company, basically involved in pneumatical mailing systems for such customers like banks, supermarkets, etc. Experience with process industry is not clear. Suspect this inquiry is mainly marketing, while interest to this concept from the real end-user (of course hidden) is under big consideration.
