Ribbon Mixer- Product Discharge

Hi All,

We have a ribbon blender for mixing chemical products that we manufacture. We have the discharge valve on the center of the mixer which makes it difficult to access it during filling the mixed product in to packing containers.

Any suggestions for a simple discharging solution without expensive investment such as screw conveyor.

First suggestion is: give us a clue what you are talking about.

Define the chemicals, valve, packaging, environment, mixer position etc, etc. ■
