Our system hugs the material gently yet firmly between smooth surfaced rubber belts that can be scraped clean continuously. Life of the belts and equipment is extended for years of trouble-free operation. The material is elevated efficiently with very low power consumption.

Geometrically the DSI Snake profile is compatible with the profile of the Dome Storage system. The curved geometry which derives structural strength and stability at the Dome, derives hugging pressure due to belt tension at the DSI Snake Sandwich high-angle conveyor. The hugging pressure develops the friction to allow high angle conveying without back-sliding even at 90 degres (vertical).
