Dear all,

I have a short question:

Anybody that has a good program that for making flow sheets?

We are talking about crushing plants in mining and aggregating industries (thank you Mr. Weiser).

This is a general question (not for a spesific matter).

We can of course make this by ourselves in Autocad or similar, but if there is a common solution for this I would be happy for info...

Thanks in advance!

Best regards

Peder

Hi Peder,

Thank you for your request, but I believe it needs just a tad more specificity. Is this material, air , gas or perhaps any other form of flow?

Flow charts, then Visio comes to mind or AutoCAD (LT?).

If you've got deeper pockets then maybe AutoCAD P&ID.

Nordberg/Rexnord, now Metso, used to have a good old fashioned stencil for our sort of business. I used it in the last century to produce flowsheets in about 1/4 the time it takes me using modern software. Ask the Milwaukee office; they used to be dished out by Lloyd Lashua.

Then there's Aggflow, a program discussed a few threads down from here.
