Discharge Factor for Silo Walls

Hej

Hope someone can help me to understand EN1991-4 (2006) and the size of the discharge factor Ch and Cw:

for slender silo - ACC2 it is Ch=1,15 ...(5.21)

Cw=1,10 ...(5.22)

for slender silo - AAC1 it is Ch=1,15 + 1,5(1+0,4e/dc)Cop ... (5,23)

Cw=1,4(1 +0,4*e/dc) ... (5.24)

Much bigger than for ACC2 especially with big

eccentricity.

I know that in ACC2 max Ph is with upper K and lower friction, and to add patch load - still load in ACC1 (because of Ch) is bigger than ACC2?

To me it seems odd.
