Have you checked alkalies in raw Mix. You may need a bypass to control heavy coating in these areas ■

Hi Surri,
Coatings can have a variety of causes. Look for clues:
* - Is it a general coating, or is it concentrated at a particular location?
* - Do a chemical analysis of the coating - the products of combustion can be quite varied. A chemical analysis will give you a clue on what is the dominant source of the coating
* - How is the fuel introduced to the kiln? Changes here can make a difference to the formation of coatings at a kiln entrance
