Bauma China Exhibition which took place from November 23rd until November 26th in Shanghai went very well, reports HAVER IBAU SHENZHEN (HIS), the Chinese subsidiary of HAVER & BOECKER and IBAU HAMBURG from Germany. A HAVER ROTO-PACKER and the HAVER RADIMAT in operation were the highlights on the stand of HIS. A lot of visitors were interested in the HAVER QUALITY MADE IN CHINA. The design of all machines and components is made and approved by HAVER & BOECKER and IBAU HAMBURG in Germany, and HIS assembles core components from the German headquarters with high quality local components in Shenzhen.
In January 2010 HIS launched the local assembling of the world famous HAVER ROTO-PACKER type RSE which is available for capacities from 900 up to 4200 bags per hour. The HAVER ROTO-PACKER valve bag filling machine introduced by HAVER & BOECKER Germany in the year 1960, has since achieved unprecedented success with more than 3500 sold units worldwide. Bulk material such as cement, gypsum, calcium carbonate, plaster and dry mortar is efficiently filled and weighed by using 3 to 12 filling spouts on one rotating machine.
The HAVER ROTO-PACKER can be equipped with the automatic valve bag placer HAVER Radimat. As an automated system for the ROTO-PACKER, the HAVER RADIMAT valve type bag applicator represents significant advantages compared to Roto-Packers operated by manual bag application. By using a HAVER ROTO-PACKER with an automatic valve bag placer HAVER RADIMAT customers achieve the following advantages:
-maximum filling speeds, stable output and full use of the machine design capacity
-continuous bag filling with drastically reduced down times
-similar output with less Roto-Packers reduces significantly the building and total first investment costs
-excellent weight accuracies

The automatic bag placer HAVER RADIMAT has also a standard adaptability to a wide range of bag types. Conventional glued paper valve bag, laminated PP valve bags or even sewn valve bags can be used with the HAVER RADIMAT.
