Any idea on the ideal crushing method for dolomitic limestone from boulders( 10 to 40 inches) to + 30 mesh size.

Ideal crushing method is to use Horizontal Shaft impactors. This gives size reduction ratio in range of 5 to 6. What is the t/hr capacity you are looking at?

Our initial plan is to produce 20 tons of crushed dolomitic limestone per hour and to produce of not less than 1500 tons per month. but in the future, we plan to produce 5000 tons per month.

Dear Gwyn,
The Horizontal impactors are selected based on the feed size. If you insist the feed size of 40 inches than the impactor will be bigger hence high capacity. A typical Impactor accepting the feed size of 40 inches will have throughput capacity of 350 t/hr. So your investment goes up unnecessary.
If possible, you should arrange some rockbreaker to reduce the input feed size to 15 inches, so as low size impactor can be offered with throughput capacity of 90 T/hr.
