Pneumatic conveying systems can be supplied as a simple lean phase transfer system over a few metres to fully automated, factory wide, multi reception point installations that can convey, weigh, mix, blend or sieve. Alternatively, it can be supplied as an efficient and gentle bulk transfer by dense phase of powders, granules and delicate friable materials over distances of several hundred metres.

System selection will depend on the nature of the product, the conveying distance and transfer rate involved. However, all pneumatic conveying systems share one important benefit – the totally enclosed nature of the design, which both reduces the possibility of product contamination and creates a cleaner working environment.

Uses of mobile or central vacuum cleaning systems are most effective where nuisance dust, spillage or other materials must be regularly removed from one or more levels. The collection of these materials, both from day-to-day activities, spillages or for product recovery can form a significant part of many organisations’ hygiene and maintenance costs and, in some circumstances, can present considerable health and safety or environmental issues if not managed effectively.

The company is accredited with ISO 9001 Quality certification, which ensures the needs of our customers are met with products and systems of consistently high quality.
