(Feb 1995 to Apr 1996) Worked on Material Handling Equipment such as Redler En-Mass chain conveyors, Drag chain conveyors, Screw conveyors & other steel plant handling equipments. Drawing preparation from general arrangement level to detail manufacturing. (Clients ACC, L&T, MCL & other cement COs). Link Conveyor Manufacturing Co. Pvt. Ltd. Kamargon (Apr 1997 to Sep 1997) Successfully executed Manufacturing of chain link Conveyors for Kisloskar-AAF & Mangalam Cement, as shop supervisor. Link Conveyor Manufacturing Co. Pvt. Ltd. Pune. (Sep 1997 to Apr 1998) Worked on TELCO job, Developed Car Handling Equipment such as slat conveyor, EMS (Electrical Mono Rail) system, Synchronizer, Inspection trolley, Gravity conveyor & etc. Link Conveyor Manufacturing Co. Pvt. Ltd. Pune. (Apr 1998 to till Dec 2002) Created 3D package Through MDT & it is linked up with MS Excel data sheet, so, with package working time cut down up to 80 for creating detail drawing.
ITG Technologies (P) Ltd. (Dec 2002 to Dec 2004) As a Engineer I Worked on several project for TATA Motors Ltd., TATA Yazaki Ltd., Maruti Ltd., & etc. In this project we Supplied Belt Conveyor, Bucket Elevator, Screw Conveyor, Lifting tackle, Storage system, Peg & etc. Also with this co I handled third party jobs. In this line we Given services to Leo Surface coating, Compex & other Co’s.
Thermax Ltd., Pune.(Dec 2004 to Dec 2005) In Thermax, I was work As a Support Engineer in Energy System Division. I was work for Project in Fired Heater & W.H.R. Boiler. In Projects, I completed Ducting, Coils, and Other detail engineering for Manufacturing of fired heaters.
