About Banerjee Shubhranshu

I am from Kolkata, the capital of the province, West Bengal the eastern part of India.
Initially started my job in the field of vibrations and sound in Flakt India Ltd. and now became Howden. As Flakt is the world-renowned company in fans and to get entry into the power sector, have gone through training on turbine vibrations. During, the past 40 years of experience, have attended to more than two thousand customers and on dates not received a single complaint of premature failure of equipment.
In Saudi Arabia two nos. of identical fans supplied from one country. Their service engineer could not solve the problems. Ultimately the end-user called VIBRO SOLVER and resolved the problem.
There was a problem in selecting the bearing, whose limiting speed was less than the operating speed by 300 r p m.
Another problem was vibrations, after minimizing, again increased to the maximum. After happening twice, applied the old process of 3 points of vector diagram.
Due to the hot air in the boiler, the vibrations were increasing for the deformation of the impeller. So after attaining the vibrations at the elevated temperature, the vibrations were measured three times, then by using a three-point vector diagram, ultimately the vibrations minimize well within the grade of 2.5.
Regarding the system analysis of wagon tippler bag house, supplied by a reputed company could not solve the problems of flow and pressure. Then end-user called VIBRO SOLVER for rectifying the problems.
The flow was 50 percent less than the required flow and the pressure was high. After carrying out the analysis of the total systems and individually the fan. Then the fault appeared in the fan. By changing the impeller all the problems have been solved.
Another renowned cement plant for kiln baghouse and for calciner baghouse due to minimization of power, the yearly net profit shown by INR96.4Cr.
In any cement, power, and steel plant there is 75 to 80 rotating equipment. And if it is considered as 30 of the above, then any plant can easily assess the monetary benefit achieved by the plant early.
Practical and theory should be parallel and if there is lagging in either of the two, then there will be enormous problems.
So it is exclusively my opinion that the progressive attitude by default of success and failure walks together like a twin.
