The seminar will be held at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, IL (during the Powder Show Conference & Exhibit) on Wednesday morning, May 7, from 10 AM until Noon.
Our speaker will be Richard Denk, the Director of the Pharma Department for Hecht Anlagenbau, Germany, a leading supplier of flexible containment for the Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industries. Mr. Denk is an expert in the field of containment, a member of the ISPE Containment Steering Committee, and has written Chapters 4J Containment (user protection) and 4L Hygienic (sanitary) design when using solids for the GMP Manual (the most comprehensive GMP manual available worldwide).
The topics to be covered during the seminar will be:
• Advantages of Primary Flexible Containment versus Secondary Containment as Local Exhaust System and Clean Room
• Quality Management for High Hazardous Applications and their Implementations
• Risk Assessment from Start to Finish
• New Containment Solutions and Case Studies
