OAS AG specializes in industrial weighing and plant engineering and is successfully active in plant conception for the production of chemical building materials and dry mortar products, the chemical-, cement-, gypsum-, steel-, pharmaceutical- and food industry. Process control technology with proNTo
proNTo is a high performance process visualization system for supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) and at the same time control system for the process- and production control level (MES). proNTo is optimized for the control and administration of batch oriented processes and moreover it is particularly suitable for tasks with regard to the weighing technology.
proNTo is a process control system that combines on the basis of an Oracle® database the control, visualization and consistent documentation of production processes in one homogenous complete system. The combination of visualization/operation and supervising with control of the production sequences provides an ergonomic user interface for the operator. All the functions of the production plant can be operated by means of this user interface.
Process Engineering – Plant Technology
In the field of plant technology OAS AG offers you a long-term experience and expert knowledge for the conception and delivery of turn-key plants and plant parts to produce solid and powder products. For the consignment sale of small packages we offer movable, process-controlled pick-mobiles with integrated weight control.
