Tumbler screening machines are used for screening of all dry, pourable bulk materials, especially for extremely fine types. The gentle treatment of the material avoids the so called grinding effect and even highly sensitive products are not destroyed and no additional dust fraction is created when using this system.

The principle of the tumbling screen uses the entire screen surface and as a result, the performance per square meter / screen area is about four times higher than that of vibratory screens. The screening performance can be increased, especially for fine meshes, by employing cleaning systems such as an ultrasonic or mechanical device.

The path of motions of the screening machine is recorded on a control card. The optimum operating data can thus be reproduced and the quality of the screened material is kept at a constantly high level.
Due to the modular design, every machine size can be equipped as a multi-decker.

The screen inserts can be exchanged quickly and the movement of the screen can easily get adjusted to any material, so the demands, caused by frequent product changes, are easily fulfilled.
