Agrichema - solutions for the bulk material industry

Wherever bulk materials are produced, processed or stored, hoppers and silos are starting points for automated operation processes. Flow problems caused by bridge formations and chimney formations greatly affect the efficiency of plants.

For more than 25 years, Agrichema is well known in the bulk industry for their highly economically convincing solutions for the removal of material caking and flow problems.

SHOCK-BLOWER® air-blast units from AGRICHEMA store highly compressed air ( or inert gases ) up to 10 bars and expel this within milliseconds into the dividing plane between the bulk material and the wall via special expansion guide nozzles. The bulk material is literally peeled from the wall and moved towards the outlet. SHOCK-BLOWER® air-blast units are used in hoppers, silos and tanks of concrete, steel, aluminium or plastic, round and angular type, transfer hoppers, chutes, filter systems and cyclones

VIBOSTAR® bin activators from Agrichema are used to discharge bulk material on continual basis out of silos. The advantage of this bin activator is the easy to install mode, complete emptying, low energy consumption and low noise.

ROTOSTAR® discharge screw from Agrichema is designed to unload flat bottom silos by means of a rotating screw revolving 360 deg. around a central pivot point in the silo base. More than 1200 ROTOSTAR® Systems are running in various applications.

Telescoping Loading Chutes from Agrichema loads bulk material in a dust free and non polluting manner into silo vehicles, platform trucks, railway wagons and ships. The pioneering module technology of the Telescoping Loading Chutes guarantees low installation heights as well as always variable lifting heights.
