Nol-Tec’s sales personnel are experts in pneumatic conveying and all other aspects of bulk material handling. At the front end of a project, they can analyze and solve problems with existing systems, develop concept options, create bid specifications, and conduct material handling process studies. Our offices in the US and Italy each have a complete modern materials testing facility on site in which we can reliably and accurately determine a system’s rate, air consumption, material flow characteristics, product degradation statistics, and more by replicating the application’s specific field conditions. We supply each customer with a comprehensive test report indicating air usage, system settings, and other applicable information unique to the application.
After each test, our mechanical and electrical engineers collect and carefully analyze the data. They custom-design each system for optimal performance and specify all facets of the system to ensure the proper equipment is procured and installed. Nol-Tec’s experienced shop team assembles all types of bulk material handling modules. Pre-assembled units are wired and piped to the fullest practical extent and thoroughly tested. The shop team works with our engineering and purchasing teams to make sure everything is in excellent working order before it is shipped to the installation site. A detailed operation, installation, and service manual accompanies every system, and complete well-documented software packages are provided for programmable controllers and computers.
We also offer a wide range of installation supervision, start-up, training, and field services. Our support staff will address any concerns and provide technical assistance wherever and whenever needed - on-site or remotely via phone, fax, or e-mail. Electrical controls can be equipped with a modem to allow us to access system operation and make changes remotely. We staff a full-time parts department, carry a complete inventory of commonly-used spare parts at our corporate office, and can usually arrange same-day shipments of stock items or work with outside vendors to quickly obtain required parts.
