The KOKEISL®-System makes use of the principle of gravitiy to discharge and dose bulk material directly from receptacles, silos and containers ( IBCs ). Optimal integration in all kinds of feeding or filling installations even where the flow characteristics of the powder are problematic (for discharging, emptiing, dispensing - for filling, dosing, picking and componenting). Well-tried with all kinds of bulk material and powders: penicillin, vitamins, sorbitol, starch, calciumcarbonat, lactose, titandioxyd, sulfur, starin, colors, quartz, ingredients... - complete emptiing - no harm to the product - regulation of the outflow: 1:25.000 (!!).
Der KOKEISL® (austragen + dosieren mit Schwerkraft) wird eingesetzt in Anlagen zum abfüllen, wägen, dosieren und rezeptieren und ermöglicht mit wenig Mechanik eine hohe Flexibilität und hohe Genauigkeit bei Entnahmen speziell auch von Schüttgütern mit problematischem Fliessverhalten aus Behälter, Silo oder Container. Bewährt für z.B.
