The research profile of the Institute for Conveyor Technologies, Steel Construction and Logistics is wide and application-oriented. At the chair of Conveyor Technologies the main focus of the research work is on conveyors with a steady flow of bulk solids. The research concern theoretical analysis of motion resistances of different conveyor types, bulk solids analysis and practical studies on test rigs. Following conveyor types are under research: pipe, bucket, screw, spiral and tube chain conveyor.
