TURNKEY SOLUTIONS

Complete section of industrial plants constructed for the purpose of storing, discharging, weighing, dosing, loosening, blending, and conveying of bulk goods (especially those of low flowability). Includes all control systems and necessary equipment for mechanical processing.

STORAGE OF BULK SOLIDS

Round silos:
Made of aluminum, mild steel, stainless steel or carbon steel; up to 300
m3 ex works and 1,000 m3 at the construction site.

MULTIGON silo:
Achieves maximum silo volume in ratio with the available space due to it´s octagonal cross-section. MULTIGON is very economic - especially if a large number of cells and medium-sized volume are needed. The silo discharges autonomic and without residue because the completely smooth silo walls and the octagonal cell profiles which features 135 degree corners and cause a round silo effect.

DISCHARGE, DOSING, BLENDING AND WEIGHING OF BULK SOLIDS

OSZILLOMAT:
Live bottom discharge system for reliable discharging, dosing and blending of cohesive, adhesive, hygroscopic and elastic bulk goods up to degrees of 800 ° C. In combination with taylored silodesign the OSZILLOMAT ensures mass flow and reliable discharge, of even very bad flowing bulk materials and even solves the problem of segregation!
